[Age 347] A lot of changes ;)

Dear Commanders,

Good to see many of you have returned in big numbers!
The activity that came with you also resulted in some more work on the dev-team, apparently.

For next age (347) we are announcing the following:

1) Agebreaks are reduced from 24h to 12h.

2) The first 24h/48t of an age are ceasefire now. No wars can start, no sfs can be done.
This measure has been put into place to give every player, in every timezone, some chance to build an army and/or nation-structure.

3) The agetimer for 4 countries remaining has been adjusted to 7 days remaining. Ages are going too fast in our eyes.
And it's not even a problem, but we are giving way for fun endwars with four countries left, without the need for it to be rushed or get boring.
Diplo is key, if you get stuck with one country being invulnerable on a given terrain, there were mistakes made earlier in the age ;).
The timers for 3 countries and less are unchanged (3 days for 3 countries left, 12h for 2 countries left).

4) The map's loading times have been reviewed and reduced! The map was 'refreshing' itself every microsecond. Now it will only refresh itself after a citybattle.
So if no citybattles are happening you can insta-load your map (it's getting cached after a first load). And in general we found some ways to improve the loading time of the map.

5) About the map, attacking cities via the map is possible, but was kinda dangerous without a confirmation. Thats fixed and set in place now.

6) And about confirmations, you will see a confirmation popup when you want to dismiss units from your encampment page, so no units will be sent away unwanted.

7) Starting gold (for private) has been increased from 30k to 50k. This because of people were lacking money to equip heroes properly and/or getting stuck early in greyranks. Thats not intended, and that 20k won't matter that much later on ;).

8) When you view your army in castle, to see what units are in your main for example, it will select them based on their tiers first, then on their hp. So what you will see is first the amount of heroes, and then the ranking units first, descending by hp.

9) Merchant and Tournament ticks were off by one. We fixed that and should show proper countdowns.

10) The masskicking of telegram at age end failed for a couple of users. A few of you weren't kicked out of the old country channels. This was a weird bug, but its fixed. (hopefully :P)

11) A somewhat related topic was some players (especially newer accounts) were not receiving all system-messages, like diplo messages, war messages, the very important tira-flavored admin messages, and so on. This has been fixed aswell.

12) A search function has been added to the FAQ. This is a somewhat limited search function, it will highlight the topics, and within that the word your searched for.
Thats not ideal, but it works till we rework FAQ in a more dynamic way.

13) About filters, filters have been added to the citybattles page. You can now search per nation, and you can select on big battles (which means defending commanders is higher than 10). Also players wanted to have the functionality back of the country flags. You can click on them again, to get sent to that nation's page.

14) Garrisons have been slightly buffed. There are about 10% more units in garrisons, and their daily growth have been doubled (they were minimal, so dont get too afraid).
Soloing villages is fine, to some extend, but it gets harder as the age progresses.
