--Privacy--
---> People cannot contact you nor can they see your contact (phone) number through Telegram unless you contact them first, or you have stored them as a contact.
---> You can setup a unique username through which people can identify you and contact you without revealing your contact number.
---> It is advised to setup usernames before joining any groups. (I went with Yukon!)
---> It's a cloud-based program, so you don't need to have internet access on your mobile phone for it to run on any other device, like Whatsapp requires.
---> Telegram does require a phone number for security reasons (there are no passwords); however, as aforementioned, you can avoid sharing this with others if you would so choose.
--Anti-spam--
---> It is up to you to mute groups and/or choose to receive any media (images,videos and the like) from the group, much like in Whatsapp, Discord, and IRC.
--TLK related information--
---> All country groups are private and the users will be unable to invite people into those groups.
---> People can join their country groups through invitation links located in their country talk.
---> As these links are shareable, there may be cases where spies sneak in, in which case, inform Arc about the issue. Further countermeasures are being sought.
---> Users will be kicked out of country groups at the end of an age.
--TLKBot related information--
---> TLKBot will already be setup in your country's group. You will be notified of battles against and initiated by your country.

--Registration Steps:--
Visit your profile to generate a hash on the click of a button and copy it. Hashes are meant to be kept secret. Once you have registered, using a hash, it may not be reused. However, if you share your hash with someone before you use it to register, it can mess up your account. You may register publicly as the registration occurs immediately.
/register <hash> - Registers you to TLK, enabling you to use more advanced commands.
!setup <army name> - Sets up an army with the name you specified.
!join <TLK username> - Joins an existing army led by the username of the person you specified.
!disband - Disbands your army.
!leave - Leaves an existing army.
