Racc on hospital page

I have mounted soldiers. They have no ranged strength, alas no ranged accuracy either.
Some of them show a racc of 5 in the hospital page, but not all of them.

I might add that they correctly show no ranged stats in the encampment page.

Yeah well, what to say. partly visual wrong, party bit coded strange.
Every champion will train up their racc, even if they will never use it at all.
Thats just how the system works, we might have to remove it being visible from hospital to prevent confusion.
