Rome map: missing sea route

On Rome map: Pommerania - Lund seem to connect; doesn't show on map.

Can confirm this.
Either sea route is missing or border shouldnt exist.

We will remove the road at age end - this is far easier than adding a sea route!!

Not keen on making a change mid age where avoidable!

Then it needs to be re-uploaded to the server, pushed across dev and staging servers too.

To add/remove a border/road I log into the database and add/delete 1 line

There is a whole list of Rome map adjustments and database fixes for it.

I will do them on a lazy sunday, but Im not really thrilled tbf, will be soon, I think
