it really depends, if you're able to join a lot of SFs or are pvping then you could just put 10-12 trainer and be done with it. If you're primarily ranking without many sfs like the beginning of the age, I would dump at least 15 into each hero FIRST. before healing/merch/ect

I think it would be awesome to add a looting skill to heroes that increases gold gained per capture. Maybe it caps out at 50% extra gold.. this would give rankers a potential edge but also make their heroes slightly weaker.. any thoughts?

good stuff.. trainer needs some work now. at Lt Gen I have 0 T3s ready vs close to half my army. I used to be full T3 at VM but it's looking like I'll have to hire extras. and that's after pumping into trainer before anything else.
