City labels are shown on the Telegram "/map" command again
The reference guide can now be checked for any map at all times
FAQ and Ref guide updated
Nobility text fixed
Several improvements were made to the border page: Clarity for jumps, Terrain colours for cities & Removed excessive border terrains
