[Age 338] Introduction of Map Voting

Commanders,
Since we just implemented our 4th map and given the fact we want to keep the free-random-free-random joining sequence in order, we implemented Map Voting. That way you can decide what map to play next.
Things you should take into account on this function:
1) Everybody has one vote per age, you can cast your vote by going to the Map Voting page, which you can find a button for under the buddies-button.
2) You can change your vote during the age and the voting will close with the agebreak. Voting for the next age is possible during the whole age.
3) You cannot vote on the map that is currently played. That way we ensure no map gets played two times in a row. (This is not fixed yet in the system, but soon will be..)
4) In Agebreak the votes are counted and (hopefully) the system selects the map automaticly with the most votes. Then the votes of the selected map are reset to 0, while the votes on the other maps will remain there for the next voting round.
5) By code we give every map 10 votes per agebreak. This prevents a map to be never picked ever again. Even if a map is less popular than the others, eventually we will play all maps by this system.
6) The layout of this page will be revamped in the coming days/weeks. The page looks rather boring, but it works, and that counts for now. Expect some more gfx and design on this page, later on.
7) Per age 338 this system is live, so from now on you decide what map you play next!
Any questions/tips etc. can be pointed at Myth or me in this topic. Thanks in advance.
