[Age 337] Exp Calculation Rework

Commanders,
We were not happy with how the current exp's were calculated, and how several army types had different advantages to take from it here and there.
The problem was that exp (=experience) was earned based on the damage you did to your opponent, whether that was sf/pvp/training. What happened is that arty-units gained far more exp because of it, compared to ranking units. And in essence it are the ranking units who should get the most exp because they last longer and fight the whole battle.
So, the exp formula has been changed back with the number of rounds being the main parameter. Ofcourse there is still some luck influencing this, and there are other factors. There are multipliers for pvps and sfs, and the trainerskill is affecting unit-exp stronger than before.
What that also means is that true ranking units (templars, boer guards) which are with lower numbers, will take more rounds to defeat their opponents, and thus getting more exp in the process. Thats how they were intended and that effect was sadly removed in last calculations.
Now, for the coming age. I expect to see a big increase in the ranking. People ranking nuts towards the red ranks. And for this age, that will be fine. The rules are set now, in the coming ages we are gonna look where we have to change some numbers to make it flow more nicely.
After this age I will start gathering feedback for Africa. Since this rework will have impact on the performance of several units, Id like to have them feedbacked with the new exp rules into account.
