Nix the hero training

Sorry...but I would rather place my exp. on my own soldiers than letting some shitty algorithm decide ....eg. had 10 Master crossbows at 90% racc 4 died....what do you replace it with?...some shitty standard units with 65% racc and no HP....waste of time training up if you just get it in butt in the end...same goes with any unit, they die even at Marshall you are replacing with crap and no way to catch up. At least if the exp. was mine to place I could use it make master units to replace master units....not cannon fodder . Just my take on it..ty
