[Age 360] Balance changes

Arqbusiers have -5 HP.
Units will get a lot less XP from all sources.
Heroes will get slightly less XP from all sources.
City battles (sfs) will give less XP.
Trainer-skill for heroes is now more powerful, a lot more powerful.

Also map loading has been improved to resolve some strange loading issues.

when will the description for trainer be updated, to reflect the change, on the armory page?

. There were some serious network issues affecting our server host.

I don't mind the changes with less unit xp from all sources, but at the moment I think the xp from city battles is not in balance with unit xp from training.
Not sure what the precise factor is, but after a sf with 100 xp i can get round 300 unit xp, won't be able to do that in training. Sucks for me as LD haha;). But also means you can reach T3 way sooner if you sf whore, i don't think that should be the intention.
