Hero Stuff quick Question

So a few questions if you dont mind.
1. Does the skill like leadership stack with all hero's or does only one hero need it?
2. Does the Hero use the weapon of choice in inventory during that round of attack. IE bow during range, sword during melee
3. The Banner, does it stack also? Or just need one per army?

1 it stacks
2 they have the weapon you picked for them in armory
3 this is same question as frist soo its stacks;)

you can see that in your armory

but you need to buy him a weapon like you do with the rest of the gear of your hero
