Re: Random Age Timer

Aside from valid ideas to increase the speed/timer for random ages.

Every country has the power to stop (their involvement/activity needed in) this age.
But that won't soon happen as while everyone wants to end the age, nobody wants to die to make that happen ;)

Halbediers

Hi! Halbediers are very strong on the Africa map, some would say even a bit overpowered. Even on a map and in current meta where there's not a huge lot of cavalry around, many many people use halbediers because they simply rank fast (the halbs rank well and also they're from the champ unit tree wich...

Re: Rebalance the recent training scenario & unit xp changes

Hi Tiralan, Thanks for your reply and explanation. I feel my post might’ve felt like a rant, wich I guess it is (I bet you would be grumpy as well after doing 10 training runs to get to green with what should be a ranking-ish unit). Of course I do get that you guys are all working your asses off to ...

Rebalance the recent training scenario & unit xp changes

I think the changes currently are too extreme. Together with the increase in difficulty of scenario training (on wich I still haven’t seen any response to my questions in forum) this has taken away enjoyment of the game and replaced it with frustration. This is my opinion. Everyone I speak dislikes ...

Re: [Age 359] New Unit Levels, Africa Balance, City Centre Layout

With normal trainer (15-20) and lots of SFs, you can be full elites on baron (due to ranking with sfs, this will be near the later stage of the age) If it's meant for late game marq, definitely increase promo xp. I'd suggest something like elite 150-200k, legendary 400k. With even higher promo xp, i...

HT

You have 1 healing turns! You have received all your healing turns. You will not receive more until after you start training again.

I'm not a knight, I'm a duke. Why isn't my 2nd ht coming in?

On Rome map: Pommerania - Lund seem to connect; doesn't show on map.

Re: [Age 358] Blue training changed, TLK on Youtube and more - by Aesthetics

I like that training has gotten a bit harder/slower in the low ranks. Of course I have limited experience with the changes so far, but my initial feeling is that some units have also been hit too hard by these changes. Most ranking units and cav with high hp can still make it to green in 1 run and m...

Re: [Age 357] Neptune's back for a 2nd run

I've been hearing a lot of hate for Neptune, specifically that it's boring. While I agree it's not 100% there yet (how the sea routes work and map develops seems like a tough cookie to crack), I wouldn't call these ages boring at all. There are constant enemies close/bordering, lots of pvp/kicks, lo...

Re: Turkana Shieldmaster

Shieldmasters were so op it wasn't even funny. They came from 240 hp, 36 str at 125 auth and at max marq would outperform regular champs by like 3x. But after the nerf, I agree they don't look appetizing and I would not pick them, even with their terrain adv compared to regular champs. With the name...

Re: Freefighters are underpowered

I'm not saying African pezzies don't need a small boost. I do however not think comparing units to other maps works. 1) I would argue other map pezzies are op. They are so cheap to heal & beat a bulk of other armies. It makes them easy pvpers that can get top pvp very often, while I wonder if th...

Re: [Suggestion] Increase training difficulty during the second half of blueranks

Well how difficult is it currently to spy? And what are the benefits of a green rank spying compared to a grey rank? I would argue right now if someone wants to spy, they can spy. Even with accessability on green ranks, that's done in 10 minutes. I think the biggest benefit of spying is knowing the ...

Re: [Suggestion] Increase training difficulty during the second half of blueranks

If the concern is the game only starts at general, why not enable HQ access, forming of armies and viewing all other cmdr stats for blue ranks? You can increase training difficulty and thus rank diversity without creating problems of not being able to form a HC or for new players to experience the c...

Re: [Age 340] African Units fixes

Late to the party, but in case you still need new names for those Mounted Soldiesr/Pikes, here goes. Cavalry in Africa was mostly situated in northern/midnorthern Africa. Obviously it's hard to keep horses in thick forest/jungle, they were more prevalent in savanna regions. So we'll call the T1 Sava...
