Its not that easy to fix, since that would need some overhaul in HQ. Since blue players do not show up there. The reason that they dont show up, is that they are not allowed to vote/get voted for. And HC/WC gives overruled access to HQ, so that will be a bit messy, so have to think that out properly...

There are discrepencies between how a game should be played, is allowed to be played and is enforced to be played. Because what you will see then, is people joining random in stack ages before they go to sleep, they get kicked after 12h and then they join their country of choosing with 2HTs, not gonna happen. Old trainer only benefitted rankers, as soon as they were having a dead, they could immediatly re-install it. The idea of ticks is running the game basicly, and it is in every aspect of the game. 1 hour ticks would mean: - waiting 12 hours for a HT, 6 hours for the 2nd. - waiting 12 hours for merchant - having pvp protection of 6 hours - tournaments only twice a day ...

Every champion will train up their racc, even if they will never use it at all.
Thats just how the system works, we might have to remove it being visible from hospital to prevent confusion.
