Guide for hero preparation for war/pvp

First I'll explain a bit about what heroes do:
Heroes will change the outcome of pvps drastically, if you win against the other heroes you have a big chance of avoiding deaths in pvp, even if you lose the pvp.

For this you need to set up your heroes in 2 different modes: duellist mode and support mode.
The best way is to make your highest rank hero a duellist one and the other two support heroes (one for Colonel and below).

– duellist hero: make sure he has 20 levels more duellist skill than the support heroes. Start upgrading his parry, agility, and resilience skills. During the time at war when you go offline or want to pvp, make sure he has no healing items and no banner. Fill up those free slots with a better weapon and better/more armour. Parry is the most important, but also the most expensive. When your hero reaches high levels like 18-23, it’s important to start thinking about a ranged weapon, as there is no defence against it. Before those levels it’s not useful unless you have a decent level of marksman skill.

– Support hero(es): These heroes need no duellist skill at all. They need to get leadership, healing, merchant, and trainer. Especially leadership. Also they need to have a banner and all healing items, to support your army. The rest of the free weight should be a weapon and some armour.

This will mean that your duellist hero will draw all the fire from other heroes of the enemy (duels), and he's the most prepared for it. Also in training battles your duel hero will take all the duels and therefore gain xp faster, so he will be stronger in duels.

When you win the duels in pvp, the enemy has no more leadership, meaning you are to attack first in the infantry round, and do the first damage, injure him first. Also leadership makes damage spread over units, so without leadership your opponent gets more deaths.

(During training you switch the duellist hero to support, dump some weapon for a slightly less brute one and buy healing items to improve healing. A duel hero must still have merchant, healing, trainer, and leadership skills, just less improved than the support heroes. This makes sure he can heal in training and generate money by merchant.)

So to summarise:

Make 1 duellist hero and 2 support heroes
Duellist hero needs: parry, agility, resilience, duel skill 20 lvls more than the support heroes
Duellist hero when offline or pvp: max armour/weapons, no healing items or banner.
Support heroes: leadership, healing, trainer, merchant, no duellist skill, and all healing items/banner at all times.
A hero on a horse needs level 15-20 pike avoid skill, to prevent getting hit by anti cavalry weapons.
