I think blue ranks should see MP of everyone in armies and Players in Country page.
Sometimes blues plan, and they can see MP of everyone in the City Centre, so why not everywhere?
Quality of life stuff. =)

No, and in fact, there are plans to limit things blue players can see even further.
This all to prevent spies and whatnot.
An option that could go with it is give blue people WC to get access to those informations.
In general any unit can go to green within a day, lets be fair.
If people want to plan, they just have to go to green, simple as that.
And if they want to pvp on blue rank, sure, have a go, but the fact that its not ideal whilst planning is not outweighing the spying measurements we have (and will expend) on blue ranks.

Then let's make WC possible on blue indeed.

Its not that easy to fix, since that would need some overhaul in HQ.
Since blue players do not show up there.
The reason that they dont show up, is that they are not allowed to vote/get voted for.
And HC/WC gives overruled access to HQ, so that will be a bit messy, so have to think that out properly.
Probably something for after new client aswell
