Each set that we end up using will be rewarded with a duke to a person of your choosing (can be yourself).
Terms:
- A set consists of three ads:
- a wide skyscraper (160x600) or skyscraper (120x600);
- a medium rectangle (300x250) or large rectangle (336x280) and;
- a leaderboard (728x90) or full banner (468x60)
- a wide skyscraper (160x600) or skyscraper (120x600);
- You can use JPEG, PNG, (animated) GIF or Flash designs. For Flash designs, make sure they follow Google's guidelines for Flash ads: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bi ... type=image
- All file sizes should be below 50 KB.
- You can share designs within a set.
- You can send multiple sets. For each set we end up using you will get one duke, which you can give to anyone (including yourself).
- If we use only one ad, that counts as using the whole set.
- You can send us a set by sending them in an email to info@delftgames.com or by replying here.
- You can only use content that's free to use for commercial purposes. To check this, you have to tell us where your content comes from.
- You grant Delft Games an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the banners as it sees fit (including modifications).
- The sets we end up using will be chosen by us. We will not entertain discussions about why sets are or aren't chosen.
Update 2010-05-05 1322h:
I received a question about the usage of Wikipedia materials that are licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License. My answer:
You can use those, however, be mindful of "invariant sections". Those are rarely used, but they're not allowed to be changed if they are used.
A lot of material on Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons is in the public domain (can be used without restrictions) and the Creative Commons license (if it allows remixing and commercial use, you can use it).
You can also use Flickr's advanced search to find material with a Creative Commons license that allows commercial use and modifications. You can also use images already on our site.
Links to stuff mentioned above:

- Well, I guess you know where to find Wikipedia and our sites

I used http://whatfontis.com/ to analyse the TLK font. Best match it had was Plakat Fraktur, a free font. Downloadable from (amongst others): http://www.fonts4free.net/show-font.php ... +To+Render
