I have landed in a country with not enough native greens for HC, it seems.
If my army character suicides out, and rejoins the country my navy character is in, does the army character become native? or are both lvl2 because they arrive together?

i think both characters are 1 account.
u dont have a navy and army character when it comes to HQ, if u get cmd it goes for both at same time, theres no choice.
suiciding would get u to lvl 1, but u would need to suicide both then i think.

Yes, you as player have a level, not as an army/navy part.
You cannot be level 1 on army, and level 2 on navy.
