Here's some math ;D
My theory about healing is that healing happens 1HP/minute, and updates at .30 and .00
let's say that the unit was injured 267HP and had 0.84HP left. lol
it would take 9 ticks, IF you had trained before .03, because 9 tick injury = unit needs to heal 241-270HP.
But, if my theory about healing is correct, it will take an extra tick to heal if it happened after .03, because it will only heal a Max. of 26HP that tick. Thus leaving 1HP more to heal after the 9th tick, which takes another tick. = 10 ticks.
easy way to look at it:
(Before and at .03) => unit heals 267-270HP in 9 ticks.
(After .03) => unit heals 241-266HP in 9 ticks. = Needs one more tick to heal the last few HP.
Of course this is just a theory, but I think it's the only way to explain it
